Futuron provides ED and BPED stacks with various dimensions and number of cells to suit customers need in different applications and different scales (bench, pilot and commercial scales)

 

With the high perm-selectivity of our IEM products, our ED stack can concentrate output up to 200 g/L. Our ED stack has an integrated electrode chambers, thus does not require external electrode feed plumbing and control loop.

 

Using our premium BPM product, our BPED stack can function under high current density and produce high concentration acid and base streams. Our robust stack design and high stability BPM facilitates easy cleaning, maintenance, and replacement.

We offer laboratory scale ElectroDialysis (ED) systems adaptable different project requirements and budget.

Our lab-scale ElectroDialyzers (ED) can be used in laboratory and small pilot scale applications to perform electrodialysis processes in the most freely configurable way.
The basic version of our system has pumps unit operated by manual control in a classic way.
